What is your return policy?

Can I exchange a wallet for a different color or style?

Absolutely! If the wallet is unused and not customized, contact us to arrange an exchange. Shipping costs may apply.
Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your package’s journey right to your door.
How long does it take to process my order?

We aim to ship ready-made items within two to three business days. For custom orders, processing will be determined based on how many orders are currently being work on.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations can be made within twenty-four hours of placing your order. After that, we may have already begun crafting your piece. Contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! We love creating personalized pieces. Contact us with your request, and we’ll discuss options for customization, such as monograms, colors, or unique designs.
How do I care for my leather goods?

To keep your leather items looking their best, avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight, or extreme heat. If needed, clean with a damp cloth and condition occasionally with a quality leather balm.
