Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Shipping on orders $25 and over qualify for free shipping in the United States.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping times vary based on your location but are typically 2-5 business days within the U.S. For international orders, delivery may take 7-21 business days.

Tracking: All orders include tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our leather goods, but if you're not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

Exclusions: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect.

Process: To initiate a return, email us at leosleathergoods@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Exchanges are available for the same item in a different color or style (if applicable). Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
